What started as a small operation serving a handful of families has grown into one of the most trusted in-home care providers in the area. Every caregiver on our team is personally vetted, trained, and matched to clients based on personality as much as skill, because we believe the relationship matters just as much as the task.
Every PCA Meets Our Standard
Training
16 hours of basic training plus 8 hours of annual training.
Background Check
Completed FBI background check, re-checked every 5 years.
Healthy
Current and complete physical on file.
CPR Certified
Every caregiver is current on CPR certification.
2-Step TB Test
Current 2-step TB test on record.
Cultural Competency
Training completed every 2 years.
